So it is meant to be summer soon although, the British weather disagrees! Even so, this has not stopped me from buying summery clothes or eating summery foods. If you have read my previous posts then you will know that I love ice cream as I have expressed

here. I would love to be able to make my own ice cream, but all the recipes I have found that I would like to try require an ice cream maker or another kitchen item which I do not possess! So, I found an alternative-ish. Chocolate and Banana Pops.
These pops are a healthier take on Cake Pops. They are super easy to make and really, really addictive to eat! You have been warned, once you eat one you cannot stop.
So onto the 'recipe'. I say 'recipe' because there really is no recipe to it except a couple of steps. The finished product is super cute and would be great to do with younger children. These are great but I would not advise to make them for a party as they need to be consumed as quickly as they are made!
